Reinstatement

Applicants for reinstatement of their ministerial credential must complete an Application for Reinstatement provided by the Secretary’s office. If the applicant has been lapsed for two (2) years or more, they are required to take a written examination according to the status of credential for which they are applying.

Reinstatement application fee is $125.00 for a General Council mandated background check and any monies outstanding at the time they lapsed or resigned their credential. Make checks payable to Southern Missouri District.

Applicants for reinstatement for all levels of credentials may be required to meet with the District Credential Committee for a personal interview.
