When we study the book of Acts, we see a church that was unified and moving forward. Acts 4:32 says, “And the congregation of those who believed were of one heart and soul.” Every church wants to be unified. We offer a workshop to help churches be unified and move forward.
The Acts 2 Journey gives the opportunity for the Pastor and spouse and key leaders to meet with a facilitator over the course of a year. The team evaluates their church, understands their mission, develops their own vision and core values and ultimately implements a 3-year plan with a launch date. This journey allows the leadership and Pastor to be on the same page to move forward as a church.
This Church Health Workshop provides an opportunity for church leaders to come together and to learn more about church health and growth strategies. This is led by Church Health and Church Multiplication Network. A team of leaders come alongside pastors and their teams from the local church to walk through the process and help them succeed. This is a Friday and a Saturday, a two-day event. After this event, there is a 12-month follow up coaching process designed to help pastor and teams continue conversations they began at the workshop.
