Camp Checklist for all Camp Coordinators & Children's Leaders: 

  1. Choose your week
  2. Mail your $25 per camper (church registration) in As Soon As Possible (Feb-April)
  3. Mail your Staff Apps in Early to Get desired Positions (Feb-April)
  4. Mail your Camper Registration Forms 3 weeks prior to your camp (to avoid late fees) Notice: Each camper and staff must sign that they have read and will follow the rules and dress code.  Make a copy of the info sheet for each person. 
  5. Mail your payment in full (remaining costs) to avoid registration lines (May-early June)
  6. Call to add late registrants to our housing lists, so we can house your group together if possible.
