Girls Ministries Celebration
Date: October 4th, 2008
Location: Oak Grove Assembly of God, Springfield, MO
Registration begins: 9:00am
Lunch Available: at the cost of $6 per person
We need to know how many people to provide for so, if you could let us know
by September 1st, how many girls, leaders and family members
who wish to receive lunches we would appreciate it very much.
We need each girl and each sponsor who is to be honored
to turn in an application by September 1st, 2008.
Please, try to meet this deadline. If that is not possible they will still be able to
participate but may not be able to have their name on the program.
We also need a short bio on each Honor Star, Honor Friends Graduate,
Honor Girls Only Graduate, all Honor Sponsors and Honor Coordinators.
Remember you must be from a currently chartered club to participate in the Distict event.
We will be mailing out the Celebration packet the week of July 7th if all goes as planned.
I trust the girls are all working on their achievements
and that we will have a wonderful celebration.
Mail things in early if possible.
COME AND BE WITH US AS WE CELEBRATE THE LIVES OF THESE YOUNG LADIES AND THEIR ACHIEVEMENTS.
