Since 1995, the National Sunday School Office has awarded the Billie Davis Award for Excellence in Christian Education to Sunday School teachers who faithfully contribute to a high standard of discipleship as they teach God’s Word to God’s people in Sunday School. The Southern Missouri District is proud to announce that the 2008 Teacher of the Year is Robert E. Thomas, at Glad Tidings Assembly in Kansas City. Glad Tidings is under the leadership of Senior Pastor Vincent Frasier.
